During her partition, Secretary Clinton focused on the value of democracy to the soft power of nations around the world, emphasizing the importance of democratic allies:  “The relationship between the United States, Canada, and Europe, and other Democratic allies, like those that emerged in Asia, such as Japan, South Korea, those pillars of democracy, over time, have made a lot of difference in lifting up the rest of the world. Now we have to see where we are and ask you, is it okay? what is the agenda for the future? Secretary Clinton also commented on the transition of power in the United States: "I think we're seeing that a clear majority of our country, as we saw in the election, where a large majority voted for Joe Biden, is welcoming that kind of professional approach to trying to govern again."
